THE ST. REGIS BAL HARBOUR RESORT CELEBRATES ITS FIFTH ANNUAL MOTHER’S DAY TEA WITH A FASHION SHOW BY MICHAEL KORS
BAL HARBOUR, Fla., May 10, 2010 – The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort held its Fifth Annual Mother’s Day Tea on Saturday, May 8, 2010, at its beautiful Yabu Pushelberg-designed Sales Gallery. Hosted by Alicia Cervera-Lamadrid, President and CEO of Related Cevera Realty Services, the Mother’s Day Tea showcased fashions from the Spring 2010 Collection that is available at the Michael Kors boutique in Bal Harbour Shops. This prestigious shopping center is conveniently located directly across the street from The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort.The Michael Kors Spring 2010 collection highlighted the rites of the season, and was inspired by urbane renewal. The collection featured sleek architectural shapes and presented looks that combined the crisp and the soft as well as the asymmetrical and the angular. The collection’s color palette included delicious tints of seafoam, glacier and thistle; optimistic tones of wisteria and mint; cool tones of pearl, marble and pumice; and crisp black and white. Highlighted accessories included the architectural box clutch and sculptural sandals with Lucite details.
FASHION SHOW SUPPORTING “GIVE TO COLOMBIA”
BAL HARBOUR, FL, April 23, 2010 – The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort welcomed fashion-savvy future Residents and guests to an exciting runway show and shopping experience in its Yabu Pushelberg-designed Sales Gallery on Thursday, April 22. Oxygene, Bal Harbour Shops, and Rinkel Crocodile Accessories showcased their seasonal favorites and donated a portion of their proceeds from the evening’s purchases to “Give to Colombia”, a non-profit organization that creates, promotes and facilitates alliances between international donors and Colombian foundations.
THE ST. REGIS BAL HARBOUR RESORT TOPS OFF WITH A GLAMOROUS EVENT PAYING TRIBUTE TO THE ARTS
The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort hosted 200 future Residents and local luminaries for an enchanting evening under the stars to celebrate the completion of vertical construction – or “topping off” – of the resort’s three 27-story towers. The third-level terrace of the legendary Bal Harbour Shops was transformed into an elegant sculpture garden for the event to provide guests with an optimal view of the brilliantly illuminated towers of The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. Attendees were also treated to a special unveiling of A Gilded Ascension, a custom work by visual artist Carlos Betancourt. The artwork, which pays tribute to the glamorous lifestyle this landmark address will bring to South Florida, is currently on display at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Sales Gallery.
